Mental ADDICTION -- DEFINITION

Psychological addiction is quite different in that a abuser will use a drug more for the sense of pleasure that the abuser , in initial cases, extracts from it more than almost anything else. The drug will normally alter the the addict's brain chemical processes and free euphoria causing chemicals that encourage the further use of the drug. This creates a periodic habit that the abuser perceives as especially complicatedto end.
